After your first draft, you will need to edit your content.
Look for content that can be shortened, clarified, or even deleted.
Who is the user?
What do they want to do? (one thing per page)
When is it done?
Does the first sentence explain what the service does?
Does each sentence help the user with the task?
Sentences should be under 15 words.
Paragraphs should have 3 sentences or less.
Write subheadings about every 3 paragraphs.
Use bulleted lists instead of long sentence lists.
