Go over this checklist before you publish your page.
After your first draft, you will need to edit your content.
Who is the user?
What do they want to do? (One thing per page)
When is it done? (acceptance criteria)
Does the first sentence explain what the service does?
Does each sentence help the user with the task?
Are they short and within the character limits (65 for titles and 110 for descriptions)
Are they in sentence case?
Do you use ALL CAPS anywhere on your page?
Sentences should be under 15 words.
Paragraphs should have 3 sentences or less.
Write subheadings about every 3 paragraphs.
Use bulleted lists instead of long sentence lists.
If you are using images, do they have alt text?
Is there text in the image?
Do you use "click here" or descriptive link text?
