Find pages

Search

Whether you are working in My edits or All pages, you will have a search bar at the top of your screen in the Content dashboard.

This is a keyword search on page titles.

Filter

You can filter Karl searches by:

  • Partner Agency - agency tagged on the page

  • Content type - type of page

  • Created by - author (pages migrated from Drupal will not have authors)

  • Edited by - anyone who has opened and saved a page, whether or not they made a change

  • Status - published or draft

  • Custom date* range - date the page was created (this will be the migration date for pages migrated to Karl)

Apply filters

  • Click the Filter button. A menu of options will open.

  • Click on a filter you want to use. This will open a menu of options next to the filter.

  • Check the boxes you want. This will apply the filter.

  • If you want more filters, click the back arrow, and repeat.

After applying filters, you will see a list of pages, and at the top, removable buttons with the filters you chose. You can click the x's next to those filters to remove them.
