What users with permissions see at login
When you first log in to Karl after you get permissions, you will be in the Content dashboard with a view of All pages.

All pages
Before you have edited any pages, Content dashboard will show a view of all pages.
Pages appear in order of most recently edited (by any SF.gov user)
My Edits
As soon as you have edited at least one page, your default login screen changes. You will see Content dashboard showing My edits.
My edits are all pages you have edited. This includes pages you:
Created
Did not create, but made changes on
Opened in edit and saved, without making any changes

My edits is the Content dashboard with an "Edited by" filter applied. This limits the pages shown to only those you have edited.
You can switch from My edits to All pages by clearing the "Edited by" filter.
Click on the x next to your name.

Clicking on Images will show you all images uploaded to SF.gov.
There is a button to Add an Image, though you can also still do this from within a page.
Clicking on Documents will show you all documents (PDFs) uploaded to SF.gov.
There is a button to Add a Document, though you can also still do this from within a page.
You can add more than 1 document at a time using the Add a Document button.
Snippets are Addresses. When you click, you can see and search all addresses that have been added to the site.
There is a button to Add Address, though you can also still do this from within a page.

Reports and Settings
These sections are still in progress.
You are welcome to look through them, but there's nothing we're highlighting for editors here yet.
Help
This menu option leads you to the same help options you'll find here and elsewhere in SF.gov documentation. The SF.gov support team is happy to help you!
