Duplicate a page

Make a copy of an existing page to create a new page:

  1. Look up the page in the Content Dashboard

  1. Find the More dropdown button to the right

  1. Choose "Duplicate" from the dropdown menu

  1. Change the title to what you want for your new page

  1. Copy and paste the title into New slug, the next field. Add dashes between the words. This creates a unique url for your new page.

  1. In most cases, you will skip the next 3 options:

  • New parent page. Skip this.

  • Publish copied page - if you check this box, your new page will be published immediately. That's a bit risky, but you can check it if that is what you want!

  • Alias - if you check this box, any changes made to the copied page in the future will also be made on the copy. Most likely, you will want to skip this.

  1. Click the green Copy this page button at the bottom of the screen.
