How an Agency page works

Digital and Data Services must create Agency pages for you. Reach out if you need a new Agency page.

Select Transactions, Resources, and Profiles to be displayed on the page.

Add Quick links or Spotlights to do outreach.

Meetings, News, and Events will be automatically displayed if those pages are tagged with the Agency.

Once an Agency page is created, you will be able to edit the following fields:

• Title

• Select to show page on agency list (checkbox). Digital Services will choose whether the Agency appears in the sitewide list.

• Description

• Logo

• Header image (called "Main image")

• Alert

• Quick links

• Meeting information

• Services

• Spotlight 1

• Spotlight 2

• Resources

• About

  • Call to action

  • Divisions or subcommittees

  • Partner agencies

• People

• Public records

• Archive information

• Contact us
