What to do section on a Transaction page

You cannot remove or change the heading "What to do." It is hard-coded in the CMS.

What to do is located below What to know.

• Click the plus sign icon (+) under What to do

• Choose Callout or Section

Add a Section

• Add a Section title. This will display as a Heading 2.

  • *Add numbers to your section titles, if you want them. They won’t be added automatically.

• Click the plus sign icon under Section specifics

• Choose from the menu of options, and enter your content:

  • Address. See Address

  • Callout. See Callout

  • Document. See Add PDFs to SF.gov

  • Email

  • Button link. See Button

  • Phone number

  • Text. See Body, Main body, Text and title

You can add multiple sections or callouts. You can add multiple specifics to each section.
