Primary agency

The primary agency on a page is the department or entity responsible for the content, on pages of these content types:

  • About

  • Meeting

AT KARL LAUNCH: Campaign and Information pages show Primary agency fields, but this is an error. The field will be removed.

Tagging a primary agency causes the page to display as a link on the Agency page.

The users can also click on it and easily find a way to go back to the relevant department for more information. You can tag multiple departments, if necessary.

  1. Click on Choose an Agency

  1. Search for your Agency by name

Your agency will now display under Primary agency.
