Transaction
Use for something a resident can do.
Transactions are usually a continuous step by step process with an action the resident can take. Getting information is not a transaction, but checking eligibility is.
Use a button, or 'call to action," to guide the user to the action. All essential information should go before the button. All non-essential information should go after it. Only use 1 button per transaction page.
SF.gov homepages can show individual transactions under “Services” sections. You cannot add any images to transaction pages.
