Don’t duplicate

Don't add a page if a credible site has the same content.

Now that your pages cover just one thing someone needs to do, don’t duplicate content available elsewhere on the web.

Link out to state, federal, or nonprofit sites. That way you don’t have to update SF.gov every time an external program changes.

Do create new content instead of linking to a site that is not widely known or trusted.
