Avoid gender-specific pronouns

Don’t use pronouns like ‘he,’ ‘she,’ and ‘hers.’

Don’t use pronouns like 'he', 'she', and 'hers'. Using 'you' and 'we' should prevent the need to use pronouns.

If you can’t avoid using pronouns, use the gender-neutral pronouns 'they' and 'their'.
